A Simple Wedding Dress

Okay I know what you’re thinking.  Simple and wedding in the same sentence?  What girl wants anything about her wedding to be simple?  Well as a matter of fact, I do.  I have always envisioned my wedding dress as being simple and conveying that effortlessly pretty, grecian goddess look.  My friends make fun of me because I bought my wedding dress last year and am not even remotely close to getting married.  But I saw it and had to have it. The dress is a rich cream color with a slight train in the back.  It screams grecian goddess with the silver and gold embroidered band around the bust.  It was super marked down at Last Call Neiman Marcus and can easily be worn to a ball or fancy event as well. Very practical, I know.  Here are some other pretty and simple dresses I like that are from Joanna August, JCrew, Marchesa, Vera Wang, and Nicole Miller.

I am definitely a fan of the simple wedding dresses. The 3rd one with the cross-shoulder strap is gorgeous. Very simple, yet eye catching!

I agree! I am getting married in October and that is exactly how I describe my dress to people, "simple and elegant".
