I’m so excited to be partnering with Laura Mercier over the next few months to share some of my favorite products from her line. I use her products every day – particularly the Caviar Stick Eye Colour in Rosegold which I am addicted to! I love how easy it is to apply – I just glide it over my eye, blend the color in with my finger, and run out the door. The shade, Rosegold is a really pretty, neutral color that can be worn alone or as a base. When I’m going out at night, I wear it as a base and layer on darker colors like the Caviar Stick Eye Colour in Amethyst and Tuxedo. I always apply the Foundation Primer Radiance under my foundation – it makes a huge difference. It not only keeps my foundation in place and looking smooth for hours, but the soft pearl tint gives me the nicest, subtle glow. I like to dab extra around my eyes and above my brow bone if I know I have an event that day. A little mascara can go a long way when you’re wanting to transition your makeup from day to night. I’ve been using Laura’s new Extra Lash Sculpting Mascara before heading out. The texture is creamy which makes it easy to layer and prevents it from clumping. I tend to stick with nude/light pink lip colors, but think a red lip is gorgeous at night. Creme smooth lip color in Red Amour works with any skin tone and adds just the right amount of drama to an evening look.
