I was so excited when Piperlime asked me to be a part of their summer city guide series. I styled 2 outfits from the site – 1 day look for breakfast at Buvette and 1 evening look for dinner at Rosemary’s. Buvette is one of my favorite spots in the city. It’s a charming french cafe located in the heart of West Village. They make the most delicious belgian waffles and croque monsieurs. The tiny restaurant gets packed on the weekends so I try to go on quiet weekday mornings. After I indulge at Buvette, I like to walk off my meal and pop into local boutiques like Maje and Otte. There are so many amazing shopping areas in NYC but Soho takes the cake. If you’re visiting, be prepared to spend an entire day there and wear comfy shoes!
Tommy and I are always trying new restaurants, but we love returning to old favorites like Rosemary’s. Rosemary’s is a spacious Italian restaurant also located in the West Village. They use fresh vegetables from their rooftop farm in their pastas, flatbreads and salads. I’m a huge fan of the kale salad which is filled with dried strawberries, feta and asparagus. Post-dinner plans always vary, but I love grabbing a cocktail at Employees Only, catching the sunset along the High Line, or heading to The Standard with friends. I’ll be taking over Piperlime’s Instagram today + so be sure to follow along and don’t forget to shop more of my favorites below!
Beautiful. I love them both! <3

OMG!!! so lovely. I’m in love with all your looks.
I just recently came across your blog, and you’ve given me so much style inspiration :-)
Do you think this dress would be appropriate to wear to an evening wedding with the right accessories? Or is it too much white?
Thanks Kathy! Luckily it’s more cream than white, but if you’re worried about the bride being upset that it’s a little too close to white I would wear something else. It’s a great dress for a cocktail event, graduation, rehearsal dinner, etc :) xoxo
Thanks for the tips, Kat! I’ll be saving this one for the rehearsal dinner (and many brunches) :-)
You look so pretty in this dress!
