TGIF! This week flew by and I can’t believe this brunch was last weekend! You may have seen the behind the scenes on instastory – but in case you missed it – I had the pleasure of hosting an intimate brunch with Oui by Yoplait and some of my favorite bloggers at Ysabel in West Hollywood! The entire brunch was DREAMY – every corner was seriously picturesque and every single detail was so “me!” I was obsessed with these flowers from Honey and Poppies, the food (it was so light, fresh and summery), the blue + white plates, and of course the yogurt. Oui by Yoplait is a new French style yogurt with zero artificial flavors and comes in these darling glass containers. They have TONS of flavors – everything from coconut, to vanilla, strawberry and peach…my personal favorite is the coconut. The Yoplait team could not have picked a better spot for the event and I can’t wait to go back to Ysabel again soon (apparently they have a great dinner menu.) Happy weekend!

I love using her FAB4 guide for my smoothies. For lunch and dinner I try to always have a portion of carbs/proteins/fats/greens. I don’t eat out that often anymore because I like knowing what goes into my food! So I cook at home and limit the oil and salt I cook with :) If I do go out, I try to eat healthier in the beginning of the day so that I don’t spike my blood sugar or feel swollen from a glass of wine, salty carbs or sweet dessert at the end of the night. I’ve found a ton of healthier spots to eat at here in LA which is great!!! XO

I love how the yogurts are in the glass jars, you can reuse them later on. I had a jar that size that I used to make overnight oats and it was the perfect serving for a light breakfast or snack!
