Happy Friday! The English countryside is even more charming than I could have imagined. My girlfriend and I drove an hour and half outside London and found ourselves at the beautiful Soho Farmhouse property in Oxfordshire. The crisp air, coupled with the scent of fire burning in the fireplace, horse stables, fall foliage, and log cabins made me fall in love with this special property. It’s the type of place you go for a long weekend when you want to escape city life and truly unwind. We took full advantage of the deck on our back patio and watched the sun go down with a glass of red wine in hand. The peace and quiet – and absolute tranquility was just what the doctor ordered.
