Step 2: Run a knife through the puncture marks and discard the top.
Step 3: Scoop out the interior of the pumpkin.
Step 4: Place a cup of water in the base.
Step 5: Tie a ribbon around the hydrangea stems.
Step 6: Place the hydrangeas in the cup of water.
