We shot these photos just before boarding our flight back to NYC. I couldn’t resist doing the cliché London tourist photos outside Big Ben! Remember when I wore this coat in the English countryside? It’s so warm, but not thick like most winter coats, which makes it ideal to travel with in the fall/winter. I’m heading out to East Hampton later today and will be packing it with me. I’m so excited because my dad flew all the way from Arizona to spend Thanksgiving with my sister and I. We rented a charming beach cottage and will be cooking up a storm (or at least my talented sister will), taking long walks on the beach, and playing card games! I’m going to try and squeeze in a Soul Cycle class too because I know I’ll want seconds of my dad’s famous apple pie ;) I ordered a few festive decor pieces and kitchen essentials (like this cheese board from One Kings Lane which would make a great gift) for our Thanksgiving table.
