I have quite the obsession with shirt dresses – they’re just so versatile. This silk one from Nordstrom has a chic high/low cut and can also be worn open with a simple tank dress underneath. The weather has been chilly/rainy this week so I threw on my favorite military jacket (love this one and this one from Nordstrom) for a quick lunch in Soho. There are so many great lunch spots in that area – I love Siggy’s when I’m craving something healthy, Mercer Kitchen for meetings, and Blue Ribbon for sushi. I’m currently working on a “10 Things To Do in NYC” post just in time for summer – so be on the lookout. Have a great weekend!

This look reminds me of a safari style with the jacket on, without it it reflect a working woman in the city … What a difference an outer jacket can brings to complete the look. Simply beautiful. :)

I love this look! It’s so put together. The belt really accentuates the dress by giving it a more defined shape and adding some color.
