City Guide: New York, New York Pt. 1

I always love when friends give me suggestions on where to shop or dine when I am visiting a new city, so I thought I’d share some of my favorite places from my last trip to New York City!

Bergdorf Goodman– The clothes and shoes are incredible – they have every style, size, color of anything you’ll ever want.
Resurrection– Great vintage, one of Rachel Zoe’s favorite vintage stores in the city.
Scoop NYC– They carry all of the top designers and have everything from casual Splendid t-shirts to dressy Missoni knits.
Intermix– You will find Haute Hippie sequined party dresses, Theory work clothes, Missoni bikinis, fabulous shoes, handbags and accessories, it is one of my favorite stores.
New York Vintage– Amazing, high end vintage pieces, another one of Rachel Zoe’s favorite vintage stores.
Topshop– Chic, afforable clothing and accessories that you can mix and match with your high end pieces and no one will know the difference!
Henri Bendel– If you are in need of jewelry go to Henri Bendel, their selection is unprecedented with every style of jewelry at every price point.

Good Enough To Eat– Casual, inexpensive lunch spot on the Upper West Side, the salmon and couscous salad is divine. Max– It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but step inside and you will see why I love this place, it is cozy and intimate, was voted the best affordable Italian restaurant in the city, and their sangria is the best way to start off the night. Otto– Great Italian food, fun atmosphere- it is always packed, margherita pizza is delicious. BG Restaurant– After a long day of shopping getting lunch at the top of Bergdorf Goodman’s feels fantastic, you’ll love the decor – it’s done by Kelly Wearstler, and the view is incredible – you can see straight down 5th Avenue.
