City Guide: New York, New York Pt. 2

My list of amazing restaurants, bars, and shops continues to grow, and greatly expanded on my last trip to the city.

Donatella– Located in Chelsea, Italian food, grilled zucchini salad was perfection, and at the end of the meal they gave us their signature dessert of sugar coated, orange flavored pastry puffs filled with ricotta.
The Standard Grill– Fabulous brunch spot in the Meatpacking District Standard Hotel, surrounded by amazing shops like DVF, Scoop, Bond No. 9 to do some damage at afterwards, delicious cocktails and great atmosphere.
TriBeca Grand Hotel Bar– huge bar with a DJ, half of it is a dance floor, half is a lounge, great for a big group.
Serafina Fabulous Pizza– One of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to, well priced and charming.
Employees Only– West Village hotspot made to feel like a speakeasy, great bar food (super thin cut french fries are a must), their “mixologists” make killer cocktails, the Amelia was my favorite and made of Vodka, Elderflower liqueur, pureed blackberries, lemon and mint.
The Windsor– West Village low key bar, cozy, and great crowd.
