If you didn’t already know, I am a huge foodie and thoroughly enjoy cooking.  Yesterday I made my mom’s famous corn muffins and have already eaten almost all of them (yikes!)  The moist, fluffiness of the corn muffins paired with my favorite raspberry jam got me to thinking about how delicious a vanilla cupcake with raspberry filling would be.  This website provided me with 33 amazing cupcake recipes that I will be trying next weekend.
