It’s hard to believe that this is my 9th season of NYFW! I’ll never forget my very first fashion week. I had only been living in the city for a month, and a girlfriend had an extra ticket to the Custo Barcelona show. I jumped at the opportunity, obsessed over what to wear, and had the best time just soaking in the energy! There’s such a buzz in the air during fashion week and I’ve loved partnering with different brands each season. This season I had the opportunity to partner with Florence based luxury retailer LUISAVIAROMA. I’ve always been a huge fan of their site; they have such a fabulous mix of luxury items from designers like Saint Laurent, Chloe, Dolce & Gabbana, and Gucci. I borrowed a head-to-toe look from the site to shoot with NY Times photographer Craig Arend last Saturday (you may have caught the behind the scenes on my InstaStory – which, btw, I love using). This pencil skirt from Cameo has to be one of my favorite pieces. It fits like a glove. I paired it with a simple Isabel Marant T-shirt, classic Saint Laurent blazer and black ankle-strap sandals. Can we talk about this little python tassel bag?! SWOON! It just went to the top of my birthday wish list. Shop my entire look below!
