One of the easiest things to slip on in the summer is a slinky knit dress. They’re sleek, chic, and lightweight. I’ve been gravitating toward this simple, yet classic style for the past few weeks and wanted to share a round up with my favorites.
Summer Knit Dresses
The one I’m wearing here is a beautiful, thick ribbed knit dress. It runs big (it’s so heavy and stretches!) so I recommend sizing down. If you’re looking for a black knit dress – look no further. This French Connection one is such good quality, and on major sale. It runs pretty true to size, and has adjustable straps which is nice if you fluctuate! This olive green knit dress is a great basic, and I am loving taupe knit dresses – particularly this one, this one and this one.
How To Style A Knit Dress
The great thing about them is they’re such a solid base layer. You can pair a boxy, boyfriend blazer over it and throw on a few gold chains to head to a meeting or lunch with a girlfriend. You can wear them alone with sandals to run errands, you can throw a leather jacket over it, or even a white button down blouse tied at the waist.
