This past week I attempted to create a cheese platter of my own, but when I got to the grocery store I didn’t know what kinds of cheeses I should buy. Luckily I found this guide on how to make the perfect cheese platter from Martha Stewart’s website, Real Simple. I’ll be bringing it to the grocery store next time I go. My ideal cheese platter would have cheddar, gouda, and parmigiano-reggiano cheeses, olives, salami, apricot chutney, and marcona almonds.
