One of my favorite restaurants in Miami is Mandolin – a charming Mediterranean bistro that makes you feel as if you’ve walked into your chic Greek grandmother’s open kitchen/villa. I first tried Mandolin when I was staying at Soho House a few years ago, but they closed that location. So on my last trip to Miami I decided to check out their Design District location.
Mandolin Bistro Miami
I’m so glad I uber’d all the way there – it was 100000% worth it. Located on a quiet street, you cannot miss the blue awning covered in vines and flowers. Step into the courtyard where rustic tables and chairs, pots, and fresh fruit and veggies adorn every corner. Enjoy the tztatziki hummus and pita starter with green olives, then dive into a wild caught fish accompanied by the softest rice pilaf and yummiest sauce! I’m drooling typing this out… Mandolin is definitely amongst my top 10 favorite restaurants in the world. Not only is the setting top notch, the food is insane and the service is on point. I wore this blue and white high/low dress with my simple gold sandals and a fun straw tote for the day. Shop similar dresses below!
