We’ve had one big snowfall this winter and I’m hoping for at least one more because it’s so gorgeous! A question I get a lot is, how do you dress for the cold, but still look cute?! This is something I’ve had to master over the years from living in NYC and now CT. The best advice I can give you is to invest in quality pieces made of warm material like wool and cashmere, and lots of neutrals so you can mix and match everything!
Snow Day Outfit
Camel Coat
Gerard Darel sent me this stunning camel coat a few weeks ago and it’s by far my favorite everyday camel coat. It’s such a rich tan color, fits perfectly (runs TTS) and it’s on sale! I love that it has a belt that cinches the waist and really locks in the heat! I linked a few other camel coats I’m loving like this one, this one and this one.
Snow Boots
These Sperry snow boots are the BEST and I’ve been wearing these as my go-to winter boot for years. They’re thick and warm, but easy to walk in (that’s key), and not insanely heavy. They have a nice lining and are relatively sleek in terms of snow boot standards.
Dog Coats
This little dog coat is adorable isn’t it?! I picked it up at a store in town, but found it online here. It keeps Charlie warm for our daily walks. He’s wearing an XS and weighs about 12 lbs for reference :)
Love the length of you camel coat and I totally agree that Sperry winter boots are the best!
