TGIF! If I had to pick one outfit to wear for the rest of my life it would look something like this; jeans, a nice T, and a blazer. I’d throw on heels for meetings and date nights, and sandals for errands and weekends. I never feel guilty about investing in a new pair of jeans, a plain white T, or a tailored blazer because they’re staple pieces I know I’ll wear again and again. I love pairing jeans with literally everything, I don’t need to tell you how versatile a simple white v-neck is, and this neutral blazer looks just as good with jeans as it does with trousers, skirts and dresses!
My entire outfit is from Mytheresa
A website I’ve been shopping at since my early NYC days when I was looking for put-together-chic clothing items that were unique and high quality. Mytheresa always has the perfect mix of trendy and high end designer pieces from Gucci, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga and more, as well as the most essential basics from some of my favorite brands like Stuart Weitzman, Mother Denim, and Joseph. I often find pieces that are sold out everywhere else on their site and squeal with delight when they come to my doorstep in just a few days. This Joseph blazer is the perfect example. I had seen it in Paris, but it was sold out in my size (FYI it runs big), but soon after found it on My Theresa! PS the color is an even dreamier shade of taupe/light tan in person.
These 3×1 jeans are soooooo insanely comfy. Also, they make your butt look amazing! They’re stretchy, high waisted, and just that ideal everyday denim wash. I can wear them for hours no problem, on flights, to the grocery store, and then out to dinner. My pet peeve is a stiff, uncomfortable jean that slips down when you move. And these are the opposite! I also have my eye on this pair from Mother.
Mytheresa Sale
Mytheresa is having a promotion through Sunday the 17th and offering their customers $100 off orders of $700+ with code FORYOU7, and $200 off orders of $1300+ with code FORYOU8. The promotion is the perfect excuse to splurge on that designer handbag you’ve been wanting, a beautiful dress for a special occasion, a few new pieces for your work wardrobe, or a quality pair of heels that will last forever.
I added some of these pieces to my wishlist…. For dresses; this Poupette St. Barth beach coverup will be gorgeous to wear on my next vacation (remember this one that I wore all last year?), this Melissa Odabash white lace maxi is ethereal and dreamy for summer, this DVF dress hugs alllll the right curves and was made for me!!!!, this dress is the most vibrant color, and this one is great for work. For jackets/coats; You can’t go wrong with a green army jacket, an oversized pinstripe blazer, and I’m obsessed with this classic cut coat. And for accessories; I love these Castaner espadrilles, these Isabel Marant booties, this straw + leather tote, and this YSL shopper tote.
Shop more goodies from my wishlist below + everything I’m wearing and be sure to take advantage of this weekend sale! Have a wonderful weekend!
