Tweed

I started With Love From Kat, 6 years ago, right after I graduated from college with a degree in Interior Design. I found myself missing the creative outlet my classes provided. The blog was a way for me to share all of the things that inspired me such as fashion, food, decor and travel.
Take photography, Photoshop, Lightroom, Google SEO, and social media classes. I also recommend checking out Blogshop, Elembee, and WhoWhatWear’s e-book. Make sure you have a lawyer review any contract you’re about to sign, and find a good accountant. Stay true to yourself, don’t be afraid to say no, and post consistently.
My inspiration comes from traveling. Chic girls I see in the street, art, and architecture are all major sources of inspiration for me.
I use a Canon 5D Mark III with a 50mm lens.

I have the same sentiments toward tweed – like it sometimes, get tired of it most others. I like that you paired it with basic black and white here. I think that's the only way I could do it.
Luci’s Morsels – fashion. food. frivolity.
Gorgeous outfit! I know what you mean about certain tweed, I'll have to try the Rebacca Taylor!

Love you in this jacket! The tweed looks much lighter than Tory Burch or other tweed options.
Tweed is always a classic in my mind. You look fabulous! xo
This is a fab combo, and perfect for the beautiful weather this weekend! I was in the upper west side all weekend and it was gorgeous. Already wanting to plan my next trip to the city!

perfect tweed, love the color!
This jacket has been on my wish list for a few months, and I think you just sold me on it! I love how you put it together! What size did you purchase?
I bought a size 2! It's very fitted so if you want to wear a long sleeve shirt or blouse underneath I recommend getting size 4 :)
Thank you! I always look forward to your new posts :)
i dig, i do i do
and oh yea..the detail in the jacket is great too
I looks comfy! And a little less structure and stuffy than most tweed I have seen. Def need to check this brand out.
Tweed can definitely be hard to wear without looking matronly but this jacket you have is a special one. The colours and pattern are fresh and it's the star of this outfit – other than you, of course!

Both you and Laney have blogged about those pants. They look PERFECT for travel – definitely going to have to think about adding those to my closet soon!
I really love the colors on the jacket and it does seem a lot lighter than other tweed jackets that I've seen.
i recently picked up a tweed jacket from Japan. The fit was amazing…but its still in my closet waiting to be worn because I have no idea how I want to pair it.
Thanks for inspiration – I think I'll try to pair it soon. :)
