If you’re ever in Aspen, one of the things you absolutely MUST do is head to the St. Regis courtyard. It is beautiful year round (even in a snow storm!) and such a fabulous spot to have coffee, tea, sit by the fire, and people watch. Jessica is from England and had never roasted s’mores before so naturally I couldn’t pass up an opportunity to show her how it’s done!!! And let’s be real…I have a massive sweet tooth! We froze a little (ok a lot!) but it was totally worth it. Her reaction was priceless and she thoroughly enjoyed every bite. I wore this cream shearling jacket which I posted a while back on my instastories – that almost sold out immediately. There are still a few size Larges left but I also found a ton of similar coats below if you’re as obsessed with shearling as I am. This outfit is a great winter white/neutral look that can easily transition into spring (swap out the turtleneck for a silk blouse and the over the knee boots for short booties.)
