One of my favorite things about NYC is the architecture. I love wandering through my neighborhood and staring at all of the townhouses. There’s charm everywhere I look; ivy growing up brick exteriors, window boxes filled with bright blooms, topiaries lining entryways. This townhouse caught my eye last weekend. The festive fall wreath, scarecrows, and pumpkins paired with the brick facade and green shutters make this the quintessential fall door. I’m planning on making my entry a little more festive with a pretty wreath from One Kings Lane. They have the best selection and they’re all on sale! This one is at the top of my list.
My collection of embroidered tunics and dresses for spring and summer keeps on growing (thank goodness I have a walk-in closet.) It’s basically spring in Arizona (it was 80 degrees today!) so I threw on this Annie Griffin tunic to run around town. I love the crisp white fabric and colorful stitching on it.Use code “withlovefromkat” to receive 25% off the tunic on their site. Annie Griffin tunic c/o (use “withlovefromkat” for 25% off!)
Thank you all so much for the birthday wishes on Twitter – I feel so loved! I’ve had a wonderful birthday so far – Tommy and I started our day with brunch at Sarabeth’s in TriBeca and then did some shoe shopping at Bergdorfs. I’m heading to The Smith in a little bit to enjoy cocktails and dinner with my girlfriends and then I’m hopping into bed because it’s been such a busy weekend! Hope you all enjoyed yours! xreasonstobreathe.tumblr.com
I did it. I finished the BluePrintCleanse. Was it easy? No (of course not), but it was manageable. Was it worth it? Absolutely! I feel healthier, lighter and more energetic. Oh, and my skin is glowing! You can check out my experience along with others on the BluePrintLife contributors page. If you do end up doing the cleanse, my advice is don’t forget to drink water and go to bed early (so you don’t get any late night cravings!)
