The West Village is extra charming in the fall. People decorate their stoops with yellow and orange flowers, shop owners string colorful lights in their windows, and bodegas put out their best assortment of pumpkins and ghords. Tommy and I spent most of our weekend in West Village and then headed to Brooklyn to see the Botanic Garden. The lily pond and rose garden were incredible. I highly recommend checking out the Botanic Garden whether you live in the city or are visiting!

That sounds like such a great weekend! I have been DYING to go to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. I always thought it would be great in spring, but like you said, I'm sure it's beautiful now in the fall. I love your pairing of the plaid shirt with the furry vest-so cute and cozy!

That plaid shirt fits you perfectly & the cognac shoes/purse are a nice compliment…I have found a few pairs of James jeans at Dillards & just purchased a wine colored pair on major sale!!!

Lived in the West Village for years now and wouldn't live anywhere else – it's always especially gorgeous in Fall (love strolling around on Halloween evening every year – except for the last) – & spotted is always extra cozy this time of year!
